Governor Bong Lacson presided over the Provincial Development Council Meeting held at the Capitol Social Hall, today, where the Supplemental Annual Investment Program (2020/2021) was approved for endorsement to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.

The PDC meeting also recognized the outstanding performance and service of National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) Regional Director, Ro-Ann Bacal, who will be retiring from service in January next year.
