Negros Occidental Governor Bong Lacson led the opening ceremony of the 23rd Provincial Tourism Week held toady at Ayala Malls Capitol Central in Bacolod City.

The celebration is themed, “Tourism and Green Investments” which focuses on sustainable tourism and showcasing “green” components.
