RELIEF AID. Senator Ralph Recto and Batangas 6th District Rep. Vilma Santos-Recto sent 150 sacks of rice to the Province of Negros Occidental for distribution to the victims of Typhoon Odette. Gov. Bong Lacson, Board Member Rita Gatuslao, Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz, and Himamaylan Vice Mayor Justine Gatuslao received the relief aids at the Provincial Relief Operations Center in Bacolod City, yesterday.
