Governor Bong Lacson led the meeting on Negros Occidental’s Road to Recovery Plan at the Capitol Social Hall, today, together with Provincial Consultant Albee Benitez, Rep. Kiko Benitez (3rd District), and Provincial Administrator, Atty. Rayfrando Diaz II.

Capitol department and office heads, and chiefs of hospitals and their respective clusters presented their recovery programs that included their PPAs (projects, programs and activities), identified gaps, and the necessary interventions in the interest of public service amidst COVID-19 pandemic that has been affecting the province’s economy.
