The Provincial Government of Negros Occidental extends its warmest congratulations to the 303rd Infantry Brigade and its line battalions, including the 62IB, 79IB, and 94IB, for the awards they received in recognition of their exceptional performance, achievements, and dedication in serving Negros Island.
The awarding ceremony was held at at Camp General Macario Peralta Jr., Jamindan, Capiz, as part of the 50th Founding Anniversary of the 3rd Infantry (Spearhead) Division, recently.
The said Negros Army units stood out as an exemplary force within the 3ID area of operations.
The units’ outstanding achievements were acknowledged through various awards given to them and their personnel, including three Outstanding Officers, three Outstanding Enlisted Personnel, three Outstanding CAAs and two Outstanding Stakeholder Awardees of the Year.
Moreover, the line battalions under the operational control of the 303rd Infantry Brigade received a total of five CGPA Streamer Awards, composed of four CGPA Major Engagement Streamer Awards and one CGPA Bayanihan Streamer Award, in recognition of their exceptional efforts in community development, peacekeeping operations, and disaster response. The 94IB also received one Silver Cross Medal.*
