Negros Occidental Gov. Bong Lacson was one of the speakers at the Fireside Talk held at the World Bank booth during the World Water Forum today.

Gov. Lacson discussed the Cascading of the Phil. Sector Master Plan through Provincial Integrated Water Security Planning.

The recorded interview was hosted by Maria Angela Sotomayor, Water Sector Manager of the World Bank.
