Governor Bong Lacson led the official opening of the Abanse NBTC (National Basketball Training Center) Basketball League – Central Negros Local Qualifier at Montalbo Covered Court in Bacolod City over the weekend. NBTC Program Director Coach Eric Altamirano, Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas Regional Director Robert Uy, and Provincial Sports Coordinator Anthony Carlo Agustin were present at the opening of the sports event.
