DOT Western Visayas Regional Director Crisanta Marlene Rodriguez and Chief Tourism Operations Officer Liberty Ferrer met with Gov. Bong Lacson, today, for the International Open Water Swim Series, aimed at promoting Western Visayas as one of the top sports destinations in the country.
