The Early Planting Incentive Project, through the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist, provides cash incentives to farmers engaged in early planting from April to May as support to rice requirements in the province during the off-milling season, particularly during the height of the pandemic. The farmer-beneficiaries today are part of more than a thousand farmers in Bago City who were qualified to receive the said planting incentive.

Also present at the activity were Provincial Agriculturist, Dr. Edmundo Raul Causing, Supervising Provincial Agriculturist, Dina Genzola, and Bago City Agriculturist Carlito Indencia.
