Governor Bong Lacson handed the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution to Joseph Tuvilla, son of the late Fifth District Board Member, Francis Gerard “Tanting” Tuvilla, extending the sincere condolences of the Negros Occidental SP Members to the bereaved family of the late board member. The Tuvilla Family received the SP Resolution at the Capitol, this afternoon.
