Another batch of farmers from the Municipality of Valladolid received their Quick Turn-Around or Early Planting Incentives from the Provincial Government through the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA), this morning. Governor Bong Lacson together with OPA OIC, Dr. Dina Genzola, distributed a total of P95,920 to 51 farmers at the Capitol Social Hall.
