Police Major Nathaniel Florendo, newly installed Chief of the Provincial Highway Patrol Team – Negros Occidental and staff, called on Governor Bong Lacson at the Provincial Capitol, this afternoon. They discussed about updates on HPG mandate and functions that include anti-carnapping operations, anti-highway robbery and other related crimes.
