The officers of the Negros Community Agency for Relief and Emergency Services, Inc. led by its president, Nimrod Sarmoy, took their oaths of office before Gov. Bong Lacson at the Governor’s Office today. Other officers are Humphrey Hechanova, Gladys Tautho, Samuel Hojilla, Allan Celarbo, Antonio Bernabe, Raynaldo Dacaldacal, Lydia Jolo, Luzviminda Dacaldacal, Rebecca Aguilar, and Rosenie Buenafe.
