NOI2025 COALITION MEETING. Governor Bong Lacson met with Habitat for Humanity International Chief Executive Officer, Jonathan Reckford, yesterday, for a collaborative project that seeks to provide shelter solutions and achieve housing goals in the province.
They attended the Negros Occidental Impact 2025 (NOI2025) Meeting together with the CEO of Habitat for Humanity Philippines, Mardi Mapa-Suplido, Bacolod City Mayor Albee Benitez, Provincial Administrator, Atty. Rayfrando Diaz, Executive Assistant to the Governor, Marie June Castro, concerned LGU mayors, and other housing stakeholders.
Habitat Philippines partners with LGUs in providing homes to homeless families and communities.
Gov. Lacson thanked Habitat for Humanity, Hilti Foundation, Base Bahay Foundation for their generosity and dedicated commitment to build houses, and to build sustainable communities for families in Negros Occidental.
“The sound partnership between the government and private sector is of great consequence in addressing our manifold concerns,” he said.
