Governor Bong Lacson, Board Members Rita Gatuslao and Sixto Pal Guanzon, Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz, Panaad Festival Director Cheryl Decena, and Association of Negros Producers (ANP) president, Arlene Infante, led the ribbon-cutting ceremonies of the booths and exhibits at Panaad, showcasing the Negrense products, ingenious crafts, and livelihood projects.

Among those are the Negros Trade Fair at the Panaad Stadium Lobby, Food Alley at the South Road Panaad Park, Organic Village, Bamboo Village, and PVO Animal Exhibit Area.

The governor also led the blessing and inauguration of the Provincial Animal Learning Park and Hospital at the East Road, Panaad Grounds.

All booths and exhibits will be opened for the weeklong Panaad sa Negros Festival 2023.
