Senators Francis Tolentino, Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go, Tourism Sec. Christina Garcia – Frasco joined the opening ceremonies of the 27th Panaad sa Negros Festival, held at the Panaad Stadium last Monday, April 27, 2023, Governor Bong Lacson, Vice Governor Jeffrey Ferrer, district representatives, and mayors, welcomed the guests at the opening program.

The opening ceremony was capped by the fireworks display and December Avenue Celebrity Band concert.
