Gov. Bong Lacson turned over a check worth P1 million to La Castellana Mayor Rhumylla Nicor-Mangilimutan for the construction of a plastic recycling housing facility in the LGU, as part of the implementation of the Barangay Kapitolyo Solid Waste Management Program.

The provincial government initially donated a plastic recycling machine to La Castellana, which has the capacity to convert plastic materials into fuel.

The ceremonial turnover of check was held at the Governor’s Office, yesterday, in the presence of Provincial Environment Management Office (PEMO) SWM Team Head Eriberto Madalag and Jose Aldwin Legaspi, Supervising EMS of PEMO.#AbanseNegrense
