Police Colonel Romy Inway Palgue, OIC Provincial Director of the Negros Occ. Police Provincial Office (NOCPPO) called on Governor Bong Lacson at the Provincial Capitol, today. They discussed about the governor’s marching orders on the peace and order status in the province, collaborative activities in managing the current pandemic, and issues on illegal drugs.

Col. Palgue is a native of Santa Fe, Nueva Viscaya and a member of the Philippine National Police Academy Class 1997.
