Negros Occ. Gov. Bong Lacson yesterday turned over financial assistance worth a total of P600,000 to 10 Pagkaon Scholars of the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental, who will take up Master’s Degree scholarships at Nan Hua University in Taiwan.

The financial assistance will be used for their visa, medical fees, and airfare in going to Taiwan this month.

The scholars recently graduated from Catholic Ming Yuan College in the Municipality of Murcia.

They are Jake Roxas, Christel Rose Francisco, Keannu Clyde Buhayan, Rica Natuel, Excel Rose Junio, Jocita Tongcua, Princess Nicor, Patrick John Sumugat, Jeriemay Alit, and Rhea Fara-on.With them are Negros Occ.
